There’s a lot of tech that goes into game development, but at the end of the day, it’s also about people and players. The guiding principle for our Community Management team has always been to be the bridge between players, the games they play, and the devs and studios who make those games. We believe that players are the heart of every game, so looking after those players across multiple social media channels and platforms is key.

It’s not just the players who deserve respect, though; it's also the compassionate and caring teams across the globe who moderate, engage, and keep our player communities safe.
