In December, our Singapore studio celebrated their tenth anniversary with a virtual employee appreciation night. It was a night of fun with games, voucher giveaways, and lucky draws.

He also added that whilst having a talent pool is important, ultimately it is the staff in the studio who truly define who we are. "We have hardworking staff and dedicated managers who will always make our clients' interest their top priority. We are all gamers. We empathize with the players and their frustrations, and this is evident from the high quality of work we de-liver daily."

Established in 2011, our Singapore office was the first PTW office in the Asian region. It started off with just 13 employees and currently, we are proud to have grown to a team of 78 employ-ees supporting both our Localization and Player Support services. With 8+ years' experience in supporting Asian languages such as Korean, Japanese, Traditional Chinese and Simplified Chinese in Player Support, our Singapore office pride themselves as the stewards of quality, delivering exceptional quality to all our clients.
